Departing for Nashville for the final presidential debate Thursday, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said he’s “looking forward” to facing off with U.S. President Donald Trump, and he hopes Trump will be playing “by the rules.” This debate will be the last presidential debate before the Nov. 3 election after the second debate was cancelled and replaced by two separate town halls for both candidates.
