The final presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Thursday night is set to tackle the issues of COVID-19, race in America and leadership in America. As Jackson Proskow reports, the final debate comes as national security advisors raise concerns about serious foreign election interference from Russia and Iran.
