When asked about the issue of court packing during an interview with 60 Minutes, Democratic presidential candidate and former vice-president Joe Biden said he would create a bipartisan commission of constitutional scholars to look into how to reform the U.S. court system, which he said was “out of whack.” He added he does not want to turn the Supreme Court into “political football.”
