Tourism industry stakeholders say province’s targeted financial support program ‘misses the mark’

The COVID-19 pandemic has pummeled Nova Scotia’s tourism industry. Last week, the provincial government announced a $50-million loan backing program for the sector’s large operators, but this week, industry stakeholders tell reporter Elizabeth McSheffrey very few businesses will meet the eligibility criteria.
