MP Candice Bergen on Tuesday said “these Liberals should be ashamed of themselves” and asked if Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would “back off from his threats of an election” if the Conservative’s motion for a committee to look into “ethical problems” with government spending passes. Government House Leader Pablo Rodriguez responded, calling the motion “ultra-irresponsible.”
