Indigenous Services Minister calls recent acts of violence in Nova Scotia ‘disgusting, unacceptable’

When speaking about the fisheries dispute in Nova Scotia on Monday, Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller said the acts of violence that have recently occurred at Indigenous-used fishing pounds are “disgusting, unacceptable, and racist in nature.” Miller stated that it’s a “disgrace” to see these “acts of intimidation” take place in Canada.
