A new report is asking the TTC to commit to spending tens of millions of dollars on new vehicles.
But that’s just a fraction of the roughly $35 billion needed for the upkeep of the transit network over the next 15 years and the city is hoping other levels of government will still contribute. Matthew Bingley reports.
