B.C. Leaders debate 2020: Is John Horgan doing enough to end systemic racism in the province?

BC Green Party Leader Sonia Furstenau asks BC NDP Leader John Horgan about ending the BC Police Act review that was looking at systemic racism when the election was called. Horgan says the process has not been perfect and references Grand Chief Stewart Phillip when he says “reconciliation isn’t for wimps.”
