SCOTUS nominee Barrett says she’s not ‘on a mission to destroy the Affordable Care Act’

Facing multiple questions about President Donald Trump’s past comments during one of the confirmation hearings of SCOTUS nominee Amy Coney Barrett that eliminating the Affordable Care Act would be great for the U.S., implying she would vote to overturn it, said on Tuesday that she was not on a “mission to destroy the Affordable Care Act,” saying her job was to apply the law.
