U.S. Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett said on Tuesday that she “would listen to both sides” if a case on abortion comes before her, as she would do “with every other case.” Sen. Lindsey Graham asked the question, saying he would propose a bill to disallow abortion on the 20th week of pregnancy because “the child is capable of feeling pain” at that stage.
