Concerned raised over difference in provincial and district rules on home-schooling

A Moncton mother believes differences over home schooling between the province and the school district are not clear. She says the school district asked for a doctor’s note to allow her son to be home schooled, but the education department says the note isn’t needed. Tim Roszell has the story.
