Quebec Minister of Health and Social Services Christian Dubé on Thursday announced five more Regional Municipal Counties, including Bécancour, Nicolet-Yamaska, Drummond, Trois-Rivières and Portneuf, have been added to the list of “red zone” designations — areas with high COVID-19 case counts and enhanced measures, as a result.
