The location of a public Library has a small Quebec town divided

The Ormstown library has always been located on a quiet street but now, the city wants to move the library to a building on a busy street and that has residents and some city councillors up in arms. What’s more, the city is being accused of making the decision to move the library, without consulting the public. Global’s Tim Sargeant has the details.
