Manitoba commits funding to help health care, seniors and people with disabilities in throne speech

Manitoba Lt. Gov. Janice Filmon outlined the province’s throne speech on Wednesday, which includes funding to help health care as it continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and commits money towards seniors, including help for long-term care homes. The province also committed to help those with disabilities, including helping people find employment.
