Manitoba Lt. Gov. Janice Filmon outlined the province’s throne speech on Wednesday, which includes funding to help health care as it continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and commits money towards seniors, including help for long-term care homes. The province also committed to help those with disabilities, including helping people find employment.
