Italy’s Health Minister Roberto Speranza said Wednesday that the country has made it mandatory to wear masks outdoors in a bid to reduce rising COVID-19 infections, after cabinet agreed to the measure. Infections in Italy, the first European country to be hit by the virus, have risen steadily over the past two months.
