Quebec apologizes to family of dying Indigenous woman subjected to racist taunts in hospital

Quebec Premier François Legault offered a formal apology to the family of Joyce Echaquan just over a week after her death under troubling circumstances in a Joliette hospital. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, Legault also addressed decades of discrimination against Indigenous people.
