State of local emergency declared in MD of Bighorn

An Alberta Emergency Alert was issued for the Municipal District of Bighorn on Tuesday, Oct. 6 due to wildfire concerns. As Bindu Suri reports, the MD of Bighorn has declared a state of local emergency.
