When asked how safe it was for U.S. President Donald Trump to briefly leave Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Sunday in a cloth mask to drive by supporters after testing positive for COVID-19, his physician Dr. Sean Conley on Monday said other members in the vehicle were wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and were in contact for “a very short period of time.”
