Restaurant owners cry foul over dining room closures

Restaurants in the COVID-19 red zones have been closed since Thursday morning, only able to offer takeout and delivery but other businesses that serve the public, such as gyms, are permitted to stay open. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley explains, restaurant owners say they’re being punished.
