Speaking to reporters on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his government remains “very concerned” by the escalation of armed conflict in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, and urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to consider that in his opinion, a military resolution to the dispute was not possible.
