Three front-running B.C. parties made promises Thursday on campaign trail

It was promises, promises by all three parties today. But it was the Liberals’ Andrew Wilkinson who struggled, after being confronted with concerns over candidates and went on the offensive against an NDP opponent over voter fraud allegations. Richard Zussman has more.
