White House press secretary says Trump wants ‘rules to be fair’ in next presidential debate

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany was asked Thursday about whether the president would commit to the next presidential debate before a change in the rules, with McEnany responding that the president is ready to debate, but that he want’s the “rules to be fair.”
