When asked about a wedding in Oshawa, Ont., which was linked to eight COVID-19 cases, Ontario Premier Doug Ford said on Thursday that it is the responsibility of the venue and the individuals getting married to provide the guest list for contact tracing. Ford added that while the majority of the province is following health guidelines, not following them is “hurting everyone.”
