After self-isolating for two weeks because he tested positive for COVID-19, Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole has made his first Parliamentary appearance in his new role. As Mike Le Couteur reports, it didn’t take long for things to get tense between O’Toole and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
