The death of an Indigenous woman at the hospital in Joliette on Monday has been reverberating through the halls at the National Assembly. Politicians in Quebec City were quick to condemn the actions leading up to Joyce Echaquan’s death. As Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, Indigenous groups are calling for action.
