Concordia University student files complaint at police ethics board

A Concordia PhD student has filed two police ethics complaints against a total of five Montreal police officers for their alleged handling of a harassment case. The student claims officers didn’t take her case seriously when she went to file a police report against a man who was allegedly harassing her. Global’s Anne Leclair reports.
