Toronto’s top doctor recommends lower music, reduced capacity in bars and restaurants

Dr. Eileen de Villa, Toronto’s chief medical officer of health, has recommended changes to restaurants and bars such as lower music and less patrons inside. She also recommends extending mask bylaw into the new year and ending social bubbles to slow down the spread of the virus. Marianne Dimain reports.
