More than 30,000 people living in the area of Houston, Texas are being told to boil their water before consumption after a six-year-old died from a brain-eating amoeba , which can be found in warm freshwater lakes or rivers. A person cannot get infected through drinking water, but can if the amoeba enters through the nose.
