Coronavirus: 3 Quebec regions move to ‘red alert’ among rising COVID-19 cases

Quebec Premier François Legault announced Monday that three regions in the province, including Montreal, Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches, would move to a “red alert” as Quebec continues to deal with rising COVID-19 cases, a situation which Legault described as “critical.”
