Police say they had to effectively shut down Wasaga Beach, Ont. Saturday night, only allowing residents inside the town limits. They say an unauthorized car rally brought hundreds of people to the area, creating large crowds and unsafe roads. Experts say this behaviour is problematic, especially when it comes to curbing the spread of COVID-19. Katherine Ward reports.
