Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister tells West Block host Mercedes Stephenson that provincial demands for increased health care funding were “ignored” in the Throne Speech. “The federal government needs to step up and resume their rightful role as real partners in health care,” Pallister says. He adds if the issue is not addressed, there will be direct impacts on the health of Canadians.
