Manitoba’s Chief Provincial Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin announced on Friday that the Winnipeg Metropolitan Region will be moved to the Restricted/Orange level restrictions on the province’s four-level pandemic response system amid an uptick in COVID-19 cases, and that the use of masks will be mandated in all indoor settings beginning Monday.
