With a number of players moving on from the Peterborough Petes due to age and professional opportunities, the maroon and white will be looking for some of their younger talent to step up this season.
One player to keep an eye on is J.R. Avon.
The Peterborough native is getting ready for his second season in the OHL and knows his role on the Petes will be bigger this year.
