Coronavirus: British PM Boris Johnson implores nation to comply with new rules

In pre-recorded address, delivered to the public on Sept. 22 from London, England, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged Brits to comply with enhanced COVID-19 measures and new rules set forth, including shutting down bars earlier and requesting people work from home when possible, as cases continue to spike. If compliance doesn’t occur, the government could instate tougher measures.
