Coronavirus: Canada secured packaging materials for up to 80 million vaccine doses, minister says

Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand said on Tuesday that the government has signed two contracts with SiO2 materials manufacturer to provide syringes and vials used for filling vaccines, and are anticipated to provide capacity to deliver and administer up to 80 million doses of a potential COVID-19 vaccine.
