Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan said in an address to the United Nations on Tuesday that the supply of medical equipment, as well as COVID-19 vaccine efforts should not be an “issue of competition,” adding that “no matter which country they are produced in, vaccines to be made ready for use should be offered to the common benefit of humanity.”
