Canadian woman arrested in White House ricin letter case

A Quebec woman identified as Pascale Ferrier has been arrested, suspected of sending letters laced with ricin to U.S. President Donald Trump. Mercedes Stephenson has more on the suspect, and the highly-trained team dispatched to a Quebec home as part of the investigation.
