Quebec minister of health and social service Christian Dube on Sunday announced new COVID-19 measures within the province after it recorded a second straight day with over 400 new cases. The government is moving Montreal, Quebec City and some of its surrounding areas and the Chaudière-Appalaches region to zone orange (level 3 – alert).
