Joe Biden on Friday defended his son Beau Biden and his “friend” John McCain in
the wake of reports that U.S. President Donald Trump allegedly called America’s
military dead “losers” and “suckers.” “John McCain was no sucker, no loser. He
was a hero,” Biden said, also defending his late son against the same attack.
