Coronavirus: Trump contradicts CDC director on COVID-19 vaccine timeline, says he was ‘confused’

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director, Robert Redfield, “made a mistake” and was “confused” when he testified earlier that day that a COVID-19 vaccine could be broadly rolled out by the late second or third quarter of 2021.
