Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday announced that the $19 billion announced this summer by the federal government to help provinces restart their economies amid the COVID-19 pandemic would begin flowing to each jurisdiction. Trudeau said this is due to letters being received from each premier on how they intend to spend the money.
