Toronto Mayor John Tory said on Wednesday that the city will be reducing the size limit of social gatherings in the coming days, with the exact number not yet known, following the advice of public health officials to push back against COVID-19 cases resurging. He added that the city will also work on enhancing enforcement on existing restrictions and expand the mandatory mask requirements as well.
