The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced a plan to make the COVID-19 vaccine, once one is ready to be delivered, free for all Americans. It came just a day after Trump, during a town hall anchored by ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos, again said the coronavirus would disappear with or without a vaccine.
