A fire broke out and was quickly extinguished Tuesday in one of Beirut’s landmark buildings, near the city’s port where an explosion last month killed almost 200 people. This marks the second blaze this month to send shudders through a capital still in shock after the massive port blast in August ripped through the Lebanese city.
