Nova Scotia eases self-isolation restrictions for out-of-province workers during pandemic

For the first time since this pandemic began, Nova Scotia’s rotational workers will be able to attend medical appointments and visit outdoor public spaces while in self-isolation at home. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, workers say it will go a long way in improving their quality of life.
