Democratic vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris reacted Thursday following the release of a Feb. 7 recording in which U.S. President Donald Trump said he knew the novel coronavirus was transmitted by airborne particles but admitted to downplaying the danger. Harris said she found it “outrageous” that Trump “knew the facts” but still downplayed the threat publicly.
