The Kremlin on Thursday said it was possible there was a misunderstanding after Italy’s prime minister and Russian President Vladimir Putin promised to set up a commission into investigating the case of Alexei Navalny’s poisoning, saying that they still saw no grounds to open a criminal case into the incident.
