California wildfires: 3 firefighters injured as thousands continue battling blazes across state

Three firefighters battling one of California’s multiple wildfires are in hospital, one in critical condition, due to injuries during the fire fight. A record 2.3 million acres have burned so far during the wildfire season, with more than a month left in its peak.
