Pro-democracy Hong Kong activist Joshua Wong on Tuesday encouraged a global boycott of Disney’s new film “Mulan,” after its lead star Liu Yifei expressed support for police in Hong Kong amid ongoing anti-government protests. Wong also criticized the film for partly being filmed in the Xinjiang region, where human rights groups say Muslim Uighurs are being held in alleged abusive camps.
