Pandemic real estate market: Housing sales up 12% in Calgary compared to last year

The latest housing numbers show July shattered all-time sales records in Canada. Pent up demand from the pandemic spring created a hot summer market, with Calgary sales up 12 per cent this July over last. But as Sarah Offin reports, the prices aren’t necessarily sizzling alongside demand.
